John's Trivia for today...did you also know that Philadelphia Cream Cheese is not named after that big place in Pennsylvania? It is named for the town where the factory that made the cheese is....Philadelphia, New York. It is up by Watertown, and I have been on a tour of the place and they will proudly tell you that piece of trivia.

Dear Seabreeze deli staff, I would like to take this time to thank you for the wonderful job that you did. I recently book Seabreeze Deli to cater a suprise 50th birthday party that I was throwing for my aunt. The food was outstanding. All of the guests were raving over it. Some even stated, "This food is better then the resturant I booked for my wedding." It was a truly remarkable evening. Seabreeze deli, is by far, the best catering bussiness around. They have the biggest selection of food and the owner took the time to sit down with me and help me plan the menu. Not many other places were that friendly. I definetly will(and already have)recomend this place. I give it four stars. Bravo on a job well done.
