Tom and Deb,

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled we were with the catered food from yesterday, May 30th.
This was for an Italian family, all of whom are wonderful cooks. Everyone enjoyed their meal. There was even
a comment made that "it's difficult to find catered food that will please this family." Everything was wonderful. I clearly made the
right choice by selecting Tom's Bourbon St. Pizza Co. to cater this event.

Okay, now I'm sure you folks are on a mission to take my business away from everybody else, because now I get my Italian subs only from you, too. Dare I try one of your cheese steaks next???

Your grilled chicken Caesar salads are always fresh and delicious! The lettuce is always fresh, and the chicken is always hot, tender & juicy! It's my favorite! One small suggestion: swap out the grated parm. for some freshly shredded stuff. Maybe a little Asiago, too?
